Reboot Brenda Walsh is coming back to Beverly Hills!

Shannen Doherty has joined the reboot of "Beverly Hills 90210," which will be called "BH90210." The 48-year-old will star alongside her fellow original castmates, Tori Spelling, Jennie Garth, Jason Priestly, Ian Ziering, Brian Austin Green and Gabrielle Carteris, for the six-episode event series on Fox. Doherty shared the news of her return by posting a throwback photo of the entire OG cast with the funny caption: “Yes it’s official. The real questions is … will we still be rocking those outfits. #bh90210.”

The new incarnation is set to air this summer and will have the actors playing “heightened versions of themselves” as they try to launch a reboot of the iconic ‘90s show. So meta! Premiering in 1990, Beverly Hills, 90210 ran for ten seasons before signing off in 2000.

Although Doherty quit the show in 1994, she returned for several episodes of The CW’s 90210 sequel in 2008. Doherty and Luke Perry were the only two original cast members who had not signed up for the reboot when the show was announced earlier this year. Perry tragically passed away from a stroke in March at the age of 52. The show will reportedly pay tribute to the late star in one of the episodes. In addition to reprising their West Beverly High roles, the entire cast will also serve as executive producers on BH90210. The Peach Pit is gonna be lit!
