Sophie Perry has paid tribute to her late father, Luke Perry, by getting a permanent reminder of him.
The 18-year-old revealed a new tattoo of a mushroom on her forearm, which she said was in his honor.
“The mushroom is symbolic of my dad,” Sophie explained after sharing an image of the ink to her Instagram Stories, reported People.
The tattoo also points to the fact that the Riverdalestar requested he be buried in an eco-friendly suit made from mushrooms.
“My dad discovered [the suit> and was more excited by this than I have ever seen him,” she wrote last week. “He was buried in this suit, one of his final wishes. They are truly a beautiful thing for this beautiful planet, and I want to share it with all of you.”
Her tattoo was not the first time she’s commemorated her father since his passing.
Last month, the teenage relief volunteer announced that she had raised enough money to have a school in Malawi named after her dad.
Sophie had been working in the African nation when the 52-year-old actor suffered a massive stoke. She was able to make it back to the United States in time to say goodbye to him before his death on March 4th.
The former "Beverly Hills: 90210" star was buried in Tennessee, where he lived part-time and had a farm.
