Britney Spears Opens Up on Life Post-Therapy: 'It's So Nice to Be Silly'

She did it again, but it wasn’t an “oops” this time. Britney Spears has taken to Instagram for the second time this week to give fans an update on her life post-therapy.

After revealing earlier in the week that she is, in fact, in charge of her own Instagram posts despite fan speculation that someone else was in control, she’s posted another video of herself making a series of funny faces.

The caption reads, “…after therapy and being too serious it’s so nice to be silly.”

Spears seems to be back in full swing, enjoying life since returning home from being in treatment for mental health issues. She’s been extremely active on the ‘gram this week, posting selfies, workout routines, and relaxing, poolside images.

But despite what her social media would portray, the normal day-to-day for Spears is still a work in progress. Sources revealed to Entertainment Tonight that the mother of two still faces challenges in adjusting to life post-treatment.

“Getting through each day is a challenge,” they revealed, adding, “Performing again right now or anytime soon is not an option.”

Fans have rallied behind the “Stronger” singer since her struggles began back in 2007, and they continue to show their support through taking to her comments section and posting messages of support on their own social media accounts.
